Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@soothesupplies.in with your order details.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please email support@soothesupplies.in with your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if applicable).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned to the following address:

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
